CPS Partners is a telecommunications management company established in 2006. Our objective is to build a portfolio of incumbent telco's in small and medium size economies. The target operators in these countries have annual revenues of £50 million to £500 million.
CPS Partners acts jointly with private equity firms or other investors active in the telecommunications sector. We have the management experience of a major operator. Our team has wide ranging expertise in managing incumbent operators and altnets in the USA, Japan, Europe and the Caribbean.
CPS Partners delivers enhanced value by driving revenue growth through the deployment of the latest technology and services. Our Clients benefit from our track record across the full investment cycle including identification, acquisition, restructuring, management and exit of telco assets in a range of overseas markets.
Our Partners are telecommunications industry executives. Together they have 30 years of international telecommunications management experience.
Our Consultants and Advisors each have at least 10 years international experience, including in operational businesses. They provide us with a wide-range of expertise, each with specialist knowledge in core areas of telecommunications.
